Roasting is what we do. Day in and day out, that's what brings us back into the factory to keep working out the best roast profiles, sourcing the finest beans and distributing this to keep customers smiling. As a roasting company, it's our mission to provide the best possible bean.
While this might be our mission, there are a lot of ways to get this done. Of course, we have our signature blends, but we also offer a range of services for those who have their own message that they want to deliver with coffee. With our depth of experience in roasting coffee, we can provide a finished product that will perfectly suit the needs of a variety of coffee users. Our roasting team know what is required for a successful coffee brand and can help you find the flavour profile that suits your business.
The next step is to get the right beans. We have a wealth of relationships with growers and traders across the world and we create a range of blends which cater to the needs of any customer. Alternatively, we can curate a single origin that showcases the individuality of a beans growth and care at the source.
Once the beans arrive in our site, all of them are roasted in our Blacktown HQ. We have Probat, Renegade and Giesen roasting technology. This range of machinery allows for large, consistent batches as well as specialty small lots. These beans can then be packaged in house across our Propac, Comunetti or Smart Weigh packaging process.
Across all of these stages our production is certified SQF Version 8. This is backed by ongoing commitment to education and knowledge growth within our organisation.
